Terms of delivery

Delivery of the purchased products will be executed with regard to our office hours and the availability of the products, but always in the shortest time possible. Items are usually sent next day after receiving the order and a confirmation of payment.
In case any of the ordered products are sold out (it is very seldom), we postpone the delivery until receiving the items from our supplier. In case the next supply is going to take too much time, we ask, if you agree to send you an incomplete delivery. Products that are temporarily sold out and are not delivered will not be replaced by any other product and the proper amount of money will be refunded to your account. If you wish to accept only complete delivery, you can write „only complete“ into the comment field in the last step when you are completing the order. But if you see by product the status „In stock“ you can be sure that we have it.

Distribution of the orders is executed by the courier (GLS, DHL, DPD). You will be informed about shipping the day we hand in the items to the courier.

By purchase over 200,00 Euro is delivery free

Shipping abroad, especially out of European Union, is handled individually.
